Overview |
|
This is a 2001 Suzuki GSX-R750 Track And/Or Race Bike. This Bike is fully race prepped & safety wired for Superstock class in WERA / CCS. All you need are some number plates, a clear windscreen, remove the kickstand & light to pass tech inspection. I have recently added a small headlight, led strips for a taillight/brakelight & kickstand so that I could ride it on the street. Lots of upgrades to the bike. The bad news is that on my last ride, the motor is making an unpleasant sound above 2000 rpms. Sounds like a rod knocking or wrist pin to me, but it's hard to say without going into the motor, which is something I don't have time or patience for. Prior to having this motor trouble, the bike run very strong and will beat stock and mildly modified 1000's. I have lowsided this bike before at Jennings GP, but was merely cosmetics, we have since painted the bike. Right side peg has been ground some from the lowside. I am throwing in an extra 750 parts motor with the auction, comes with complete block, head, complete tranny, etc. The motor is complete, just needs to be assembled. Stands are NOT included. Please give us a call if you have any questions. |
